We gathered up a few local community members and allies to make sure people knew that not all of Kansas City is okay with the kind of anti-LGBTQIA rhetoric being promoted by Red Bridge Baptist.

We, and some Christian friends of the community, got together to assemble some care kits full of sunscreen, water, and nutritious and delicious treats to help those in need around the city!

With the help of some giving and friendly freethinkers, we grilled up some delicious food and served it alongside some equally delicious sides with yard games and smiles all around!

We grabbed some friendly folks and headed down to Westport again this year to make ourselves available for questions, spread some holiday cheer, and pass out our fair share of hugs to those who asked. We’re looking forward to doing it all again next year!
